About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build a team of top performers and create an exceptional customer experience
- Manage all aspects of the store, including hiring and training associates
- Oversee store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers
- Create action plans using statistical information and market knowledge
- Maximize sales through product knowledge, selling, and operational skills
- Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty

Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
- May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings
- Ability to build talent pipelines
- Product knowledge, selling, and operational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
