About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and direct all aspects of market access projects and client accounts
  • Plan projects, manage projects, coordinate and oversee budgets, and manage project communications
  • Maintain and grow current client relationships through regular contact and meetings
  • Plan, organize, and participate in client pitch presentations
  • Develop contracts, project estimates, budget proposals, and strategic initiatives with internal teams
  • Contribute to product strategy and communication plan implementation
  • Manage junior account team members and lead projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with faculty and client contacts across Marketing, Sales, Legal, Medical, and Compliance
  • Oversee projects through external vendors and internal departments including IT, Editorial, Graphics, Compliance, and Art
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations
  • Build thorough knowledge of clients’ businesses, disease states, products, competitors, and the healthcare landscape
  • Monitor the marketplace and provide updates to clients and internal teams
  • Participate in new business development, including research, presentation development, potential client engagement, and meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of market access experience required
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidates must possess US work authorization
  • Occasional travel may be required
