About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver clinical evidence reviews and market access projects
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure deliverables demonstrate the impact of medicines and health technologies on patients and healthcare systems
- Conduct literature-based clinical research, from desk-based research through to semi-systematic reviews
- Create evidence review reports covering burden of illness, unmet need, and product value
- Build value dossiers and value propositions supporting new products
- Support US value communication services, including AMCP dossiers, US payer dossiers, and US field-team decks and tools
- Contribute to Inflation Reduction Act planning and strategy, including landscaping, readiness, and response generation
- Produce abstracts, posters, or manuscripts reporting study findings
- Conduct systematic literature reviews
- Support economic modelling by identifying and implementing data sources for relevant countries
- Assist with statistical analyses for dossier development
- Participate in a structured graduate programme across Value & Access, Evidence Review, Economic Modelling, and Statistics
- Develop technical, scientific, and consulting skills through multidisciplinary projects and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- A postgraduate qualification (MSc, PhD, or PharmD) in biochemistry, biomedical science, health policy, public health, or a related field
- Strong motivation to drive professional development and learning in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for developing client-facing consulting skills alongside technical expertise
- Written English to a professional scientific-writing standard
- Ability to convey complex information as a cohesive story
- Research and analysis skills, including the ability to critically appraise scientific evidence and synthesise findings clearly
- Excellent communication skills and ease in liaising with technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work productively independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Organisational skills with close attention to detail and personal time management
- Occasional travel may be required, for example to attend client meetings in person or conferences
