Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) preferred
  • 15+ years of consulting and/or life sciences industry experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical research and development, commercialization, organizational strategy, and the product lifecycle
  • Demonstrated success leading complex strategic consulting engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare clients
  • Proven ability to build trusted executive-level client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Strong business development experience, including proposal development and revenue generation
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing consulting teams
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex scientific, commercial, and organizational challenges into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior executives
  • Strong project leadership skills, including management of scope, timelines, budgets, and risk
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and business development activities
