About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and drive the project lifecycle from implementation to completion
  • Manage and monitor project activity and maintain the status of ongoing projects
  • Maintain internal and external deadlines and provide daily project management system updates
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor medical legal regulatory submissions
  • Traffic projects between account, medical, editorial, and support services teams
  • Manage project files and network folder maintenance
  • Assist with managing external production, graphic design, and writing partners
  • Schedule and manage internal status meetings
  • Distribute weekly project status reports to internal and client teams
  • Establish and modify project timelines with account and support services teams

  • Support job opening and closing meetings by coordinating administrative requirements
  • Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in financial meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
