About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the development, management, and direction of market access projects and clients
  • Define short- and long-term strategies to meet market access objectives
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact
  • Manage account planning, project management, budgets, team coordination, and communication
  • Maintain and grow client relationships and propose new business projects
  • Develop contracts, project estimates, budget proposals, and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to product strategy and communication plans
  • Lead projects from planning through completion
  • Delegate work to junior account team members and provide oversight
  • Develop relationships with client stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Legal, Medical, and Compliance
  • Direct projects through external vendors and internal departments
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations
  • Support junior team members’ professional development
  • Monitor clients’ businesses, the marketplace, and the healthcare landscape
  • Participate in new business development and client pitch presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Occasional travel may be required
