About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the development, management, and direction of market access projects and clients
  • Define short- and long-term strategies to meet market access objectives
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact
  • Manage account planning, project management, budgets, team coordination, and communication
  • Maintain and grow client relationships and propose new business projects
  • Develop contracts, project estimates, budget proposals, and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to product strategy and communication plans
  • Lead projects from planning through completion
  • Delegate work to junior account team members and oversee critical project phases
  • Coordinate with account leadership, internal departments, and external vendors
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations
  • Develop junior account team members professionally
  • Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses, disease states, products, and competitors
  • Monitor the marketplace and provide updates to clients and internal teams
  • Support new business development and client pitch presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Occasional travel may be required
