About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage assigned workstreams and projects from planning through delivery
- Conduct data landscaping, feasibility assessments, and integrated evidence generation plans
- Develop client deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and project reports
- Apply RWE methodologies including treatment pattern/patient journey mapping, drug utilization studies, comparative effectiveness, synthetic control arm work, outcomes research, cost-of-illness/burden-of-disease studies, and real-world safety assessment
- Review and quality-check project outputs for accuracy and consistency before sign-off
- Act as day-to-day client contact for assigned workstreams under project-lead direction
- Manage and/or coach junior team members, delegate work, and oversee task-level progress and quality
- Support engagement with existing and potential partners, including data organisations and research institutions
- Contribute to thought leadership such as white papers, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
- Support clients in identifying and using real-world data and evidence for regulators, payers, clinicians, and other stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree preferred in life sciences, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field
- Approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in RWE consulting and/or a related pharmaceutical/life sciences environment
- Familiarity with real-world data sources in either the US or EU market, including claims, EHR, registry, or other RWD sources
- Understanding of how real-world evidence is applied across the pharmaceutical industry for regulatory, payer, or clinical decision-making
- Awareness of evolving regulatory and data-related requirements affecting RWE, including regulatory guidance, data privacy, and evidentiary standards
- Ability to manage project tasks and workstreams
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of the RWE industry, trends, and data landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No business development target, revenue quota, or existing/portable client pipeline required
