Key responsibilities & impact

Embed with customers to map complex data environments and identify high-friction business workflows
Build proof-of-concept AI Agents and integrations using APIs, webhooks, and LLMs
Develop AI Agents that plan, decide, and act within the LumApps ecosystem
Architect middleware and custom connectors integrating LumApps with SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and similar systems
Identify systemic integration patterns in the field
Contribute code to harden and evolve the core platform
Abstract custom solutions into scalable, repeatable Industry Vertical Packs
Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, product teams, and customers

What you’ll need

Candidates must be located in the Greater Toronto Area
6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking and software development
Strong bias for action and ability to self-prioritize in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python
Comfortable with frontend frameworks such as React and backend API design
Passion for Generative AI, RAG architecture, AI Frameworks, and Agentic workflows
Full professional proficiency in English
Willingness to travel for regular on-site customer workshops across North America
Experience working directly with customers and designing solutions to fulfill their needs
Experience working in Scrum environments
Understanding of enterprise identity frameworks such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0, or SAML
Bilingual English and French is a bonus
