About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Embed with customers to map complex data environments and identify high-friction business workflows
- Build proof-of-concept AI Agents and integrations using public APIs, webhooks, and LLMs
- Architect middleware and custom connectors integrating LumApps AI with systems such as SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow
- Identify systemic integration patterns in the field and contribute code to evolve the core platform
- Abstract custom solutions into scalable, repeatable Industry Vertical Packs
- Create plug-and-play integration templates, code snippets, and technical articles
- Work at the intersection of engineering and customer impact on strategic AI initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work
- Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking and software development
- Strong bias for action and ability to self-prioritize in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python
- Comfortable with frontend frameworks such as React
- Experience with backend API design
- Passion for Generative AI, RAG architecture, AI frameworks, and agentic workflows
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel approximately 2 weeks per quarter for customer engagements
- Experience working directly with customers and designing solutions to meet their needs
- Experience working in Scrum environments
- Understanding of enterprise identity frameworks such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0, or SAML
