About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Schedule projects, define scope, estimate budgets, create implementation plans, and manage risks
- Develop detailed project plans and coordinate internal and external resources
- Track progress and adjust scope, schedule, or budget as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
- Manage daily status tracking and change management
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout deployment
- Manage handover to the Customer Success team
- Report progress, outcomes, and risks to governance bodies
- Escalate blockers when necessary
- Define and maintain scope management processes and quality and performance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery methodology
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of experience in project management
- Experience deploying software platforms or web technologies for clients
- Strong discipline regarding deadlines and budgets
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive management
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Fluent in both French and English
- Based in Paris
- Experience deploying SaaS solutions (nice to have)
- Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Teams, Klaxoon, Miro, and Notion (nice to have)
- Knowledge of or interest in the Digital Workplace space (nice to have)
