About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of 8 product designers embedded in product tribes
- Own, author, maintain, and implement the vision for AI-native experiences in the Employee Hub
- Define experience principles and reference experiences for desk and frontline workers across web and mobile
- Build the AI-native experience vision with the AI tribe that owns agent behavior and quality bars
- Conduct 1:1s, career development, objective setting, evaluations, and calibration
- Create individualized career paths for each designer
- Lead the team through the AI transformation
- Challenge design delivery against the AI-native vision
- Drive adoption of AI in daily design work and develop related skills
- Help designers carry topics end to end from discovery and framing to shipped experiences
- Report to the Head of Design
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience articulating and landing a UX vision
- Experience designing AI experiences, including agents, copilots, generative UI, or conversational products
- Experience designing for frontline or mobile-first users, or understanding of their distinct AI experience needs
- 3+ years managing several designers
- Ability to set objectives, develop designers, conduct difficult conversations, and motivate people through change
- Player-coach approach, with ability to challenge designs in review
- Comfortable managing through organizational change, merger, and transformation
- Full professional proficiency in English
- French is a strong plus
