About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and strategically develop your own book of business consisting of well-known enterprise customers
  • Drive renewals and increase Net Revenue Retention across the portfolio
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities through additional use cases, locations, and new buying centers
  • Build relationships with relevant decision-maker-level stakeholders
  • Lead strategic account reviews and act as a trusted advisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level German
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
  • Ideally, experience in a SaaS environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and actively pursue expansion and growth opportunities
  • Ability to de-escalate situations and develop confident solutions in critical situations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently lead conversations with decision-makers
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly
  • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
