About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist loan originators with document collection, application intake, file pre-underwriting, and loan setup
Track pipeline progress and collaborate with underwriters, processors, title companies, and real estate agents to ensure on-time closings
Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the loan lifecycle
Manage CRM databases, lead status updates, and administrative workflow systems
Develop and execute strategies to cultivate relationships with local realtors, financial planners, homebuilders, and professional networks in Metro Atlanta
Coordinate local networking events, lunch-and-learns, and client appreciation campaigns
Assist with digital marketing materials, social media engagement, and email co-marketing efforts for homebuyer lead generation
Represent the team at community and industry networking events across Georgia

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in mortgage processing, origination, or loan officer support is required
Must reside in the Metro Atlanta area to accommodate a hybrid work schedule
Strong working knowledge of standard mortgage software (Encompass, or similar POS/LOS) and CRM platforms
Familiarity with residential loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA) and Georgia lending guidelines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
Strong organizational ability with keen attention to detail and time management
