About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Head of AFC Operations
  • Drive change initiatives and operational excellence across Anti-Financial Crime functions
  • Standardize and improve AML, KYC, Sanctions, and Fraud operations
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the AFC performance management framework
  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide analysis, recommendations, and decision options
  • Drive automation, AI, and digitalization initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and embed risk appetite frameworks into AFC processes
  • Manage and empower up to five AFC Analysts and AI Developers
  • Monitor anti-financial-crime KPIs/KRIs and support governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with compliance and audit teams
  • Prepare executive-level reports and represent the Head of AFC Operations when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in AFC operations, process improvement, or risk management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English in spoken and written communication
  • Candidate primarily already located within the Baltics
  • CV in English and PDF format
