About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive business analysis activities related to the document management platform
Support system enhancements, process improvements, automations, and regulatory changes
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the change lifecycle
Prepare business cases, specifications, user stories, process documentation, and other analysis artifacts
Support solution delivery through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
Bridge business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and outcomes
Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations
Support incident resolution and implement mitigation and improvement actions
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align delivery with business objectives
Maintain visibility of ongoing work through Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting
Contribute to risk management, regulatory compliance, audit activities, and business continuity processes
Simplify processes, optimize solutions, and improve ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Experience supporting business process improvements, system enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the change lifecycle
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
Practical experience participating in IT change initiatives, including testing, validation, and solution implementation
Ability to present complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with process analysis, problem solving, optimization, and automation
Understanding of Agile ways of working
Experience using tools such as Jira
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Awareness of IT systems, services, and operational processes
Fluent English in spoken and written communication
