About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and overall performance of the unit’s products, services, systems, and end-to-end business processes
- Own the area’s budget, resource allocation, financial cost-side performance, and delivery targets
- Ensure data product ownership in accordance with the Data Management strategy
- Ensure data availability for regulatory and business reporting
- Drive product and service development based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, market trends, digital opportunities, and strategic innovation objectives
- Ensure risk management, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, governance, documentation, data ownership, and audit readiness
- Lead, coach, and develop the Cards Unit team across the Baltics
- Set clear expectations and foster a positive, accountable, high-performing team culture
- Build cross-functional and cross-border cooperation
- Represent the cards area in discussions with senior management, partners, regulators, financial associations, and governmental institutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of previous managerial experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, people development, and performance management skills
- Experience in product ownership, product development, process management, or a related area, preferably within banking or financial services
- Strong business judgment
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, priorities, risks, and performance targets
- Excellent decision-making, planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional cooperation skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Professional working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Higher education
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication
- SCRUM, Kanban, or Product Owner certification considered an advantage
