About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define interim-state offboarding processes for legal entity and private individual customers and shape the target-state process
- Own the offboarding roadmap, backlog, and business requirements
- Translate business needs into priorities and actionable deliverables
- Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology
- Drive process harmonization across the Baltic markets and support Lithuania migration activities
- Ensure regulatory, risk, and customer experience requirements are reflected in offboarding solutions
- Lead the transition from manual processes toward efficient and automated offboarding capabilities
- Monitor delivery, manage dependencies and obstacles, and ensure business readiness
- Build alignment among stakeholders while balancing business, regulatory, operational, and delivery considerations
- Contribute to Luminor’s risk and compliance culture
- Substitute team members when needed and perform other tasks assigned by the direct and/or functional manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Owner, or in a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across different functions
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to make timely decisions
- Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership
- Strong collaboration and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to influence and build alignment
- Experience in banking, customer lifecycle management, KYC/KYB, servicing, or related areas is an advantage
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive them through to execution
- Fluent English required in spoken and written communication
