About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and continuously improve the digital performance measurement ecosystem across the Baltics
  • Manage reporting, dashboards, tracking, attribution, SEO, and performance insights
  • Translate campaign, website, and sales data into recommendations on CAC, CPA, ROI, conversion, channel mix, and marketing efficiency
  • Lead development of marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Establish and maintain UTM standards, tagging structures, attribution principles, and data-quality controls
  • Act as marketing owner for GA4, tagging, and measurement setup
  • Collaborate with Analytics, MarTech, IT, Marketing, Business, Sales, and Digital teams across the Baltics
  • Partner with media, PPC, and SEO agencies and ensure continuous improvements
  • Review campaign performance and recommend optimization, testing, and budget allocation
  • Lead development and execution of the Baltic SEO roadmap
  • Improve marketing websites, landing pages, and digital customer journeys through data-driven optimization and experimentation
  • Improve in-house digital performance expertise, documentation, and knowledge sharing
  • Potentially lead and develop a small team as the function evolves

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing analytics, or a similar field
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Experience working with agencies and managing complex digital initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, campaign tracking, UTMs, attribution, and tag management
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn complex data into simple business recommendations
  • Practical understanding of SEO, website optimization, and customer journey performance
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or experimentation tools would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English required in spoken and written communication
  • Candidate primarily already located within the Baltics
  • CV must be submitted in English and PDF format
