About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the total relationship with a portfolio of corporate customers according to Luminor values, policies, and concepts
  • Attract and acquire new customers to ensure new business and sustained growth
  • Perform direct sales to medium business segment clients
  • Service clients by providing bank products, identifying new needs, and offering banking solutions
  • Ensure desired income and profitability of the assigned client portfolio
  • Maintain high client satisfaction
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and attract new clients
  • Perform credit analysis, prepare documentation, and present it to decision makers
  • Monitor credit portfolio quality and initiate timely actions to resolve problematic cases
  • Plan, deliver, and follow up on personal tasks proactively and according to quality standards, budget, and Luminor values
  • Contribute to team and company performance through collaboration and information sharing
  • Pursue professional self-development and contribute to individual and team performance improvement through constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of effective sales and negotiation experience, including client prospecting and proactive sales, or Relationship Manager experience in Corporate Banking
  • Higher degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Banking
  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, credit products, and financial analysis
  • Very good understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy
  • Advanced sales skills, including client prospecting and proactive sales
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills and development focus
  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • Cooperation, effective communication, and customer focus
  • Readiness to take ownership and strong target orientation
  • Creativity and high integrity
  • Lithuanian language required
  • Advanced/fluent English in spoken and written communication within the range of own personal and professional experience
  • Candidate primarily already located within the Baltics
  • CV in English and PDF format
