About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and maintain document management, generation, archiving, and signing solutions
Work on API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native applications
Optimize and maintain software solutions according to relevant IT standards and requirements
Liaise with software product suppliers about product roadmaps and operational topics
Coordinate IT Services security hardening and vulnerability management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve functionality, and develop best practices and standards
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
Support team members and share knowledge within the organization
Analyze business requirements and perform system analysis
Create and maintain technical documentation
Stay current with industry trends and technologies
Interact with pan-Baltic stakeholders, other IT teams, and suppliers in an agile environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience working with Java
Solid knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
Strong expertise in AWS services, including S3 and OpenSearch
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
Hands-on experience building document management solutions is a plus
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably banking or finance
Proactive approach toward identifying improvement opportunities and taking ownership
Fluent spoken and written English required
CV in English and PDF format
Candidate primarily already located within the Baltics
