About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
- Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
- Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s specialty and home infusion offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care
- Communicate LUX’s support model, including insurance reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination
- Collaborate with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams on chronic and complex patient cases
- Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools, focusing on quota attainment
- Support timely access to high-quality infusion therapy for patients in the Dallas/E. Texas area
- Maintain professionalism, consistency, and accountability in provider interactions
- Support the organization’s mission, vision, and values while maintaining quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience
- At least three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy environments
- Consistent, year-over-year record of sales performance and growth
- Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, field-based role with significant face-to-face engagement
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills
- Patient-centered mindset focused on long-term provider partnerships
- Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology is a bonus
- Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows is a bonus
- Experience with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams is a bonus
- Prior success launching or expanding a territory or supporting a growth-phase organization is a bonus
- Ability to participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training
- Compliance with LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies and Compliance Manual
- Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks effectively
