About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
  • Build and maintain referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s specialty and home infusion offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care
  • Communicate LUX’s support model, including insurance reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination
  • Collaborate with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams on chronic and complex patient cases
  • Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools, focusing on quota attainment
  • Maintain consistency, professionalism, and accountability in provider interactions
  • Help patients access infusion therapy sooner
  • Support physicians and care teams through clarity, responsiveness, and coordination
  • Grow high-value referral networks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience
  • At least three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy environments
  • Consistent, year-over-year record of sales performance and growth
  • Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, field-based role with significant face-to-face engagement
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills
  • Patient-centered mindset focused on long-term provider partnerships
  • Ability to travel up to 40% annually
  • Annual participation in required legal and ethical compliance training
  • Compliance with LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies
  • Adherence to the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Required close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, plus ability to adjust focus
