About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
Develop 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating market intelligence from Sales and Marketing teams; challenge the forecast as needed.
Translate demand plan into supply plan for order placement to principals.
Balance demand and supply needs of omni-channels; facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as required.
Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stock situations.
Monitor and manage Slow Move and Obsolescence stock while driving stakeholder action.
Analyze and highlight business risks and opportunities and jointly propose mitigation plans.
Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecasts.
Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP and KPI reports.
Participate in and prepare information for demand and supply planning meetings and projects.
Track inventory coverage, service level/stock availability, forecast accuracy and bias, expiring/slow-moving/obsolete stock levels, and forecast validation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of related working experience in supply chain / procurement, and candidates from Retail/beauty/FMCG are preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage.
Have collaborated with regulatory affairs groups to assess pending and new regulations and changes, and have demonstrated the ability to reduce and manage complexity.
Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
Have good command in English communication skills including Speaking and Writing.
