About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of development roadmaps for key talent groups, including programme coordination, participant communications, and publicity and promotional materials
- Work with external training partners to contextualise learning programmes based on talent development needs
- Manage programme administration, including registrations, participation tracking and evaluation
- Analyse talent and programme metrics to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to process improvement and automation projects for talent processes
- Support enhancements to New Hire Induction content, resources and processes
- Support implementation of the 90-Day Regional Onboarding Programme across markets and analyse onboarding feedback
- Support monthly onboarding surveys, including recipient lists and reminders
- Contribute to onboarding dashboards and role-based onboarding playbooks
- Support end-to-end delivery of group-wide learning programmes, including AI Training Series and New Manager Programme
- Coordinate L&D administration, communications, publicity aids, learning materials, attendance and feedback
- Support learning needs analysis and research learning trends, topics and potential speakers
- Track and consolidate learning hours across markets for ESG reporting and learning analytics
- Curate role-based LinkedIn Learning pathways
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or a related discipline
- Strong interest in Talent Management and Learning & Development
- Proactive, curious and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Creative, with a good eye for engaging content and presentation
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Canva, Excel and PowerPoint, and working with data
- A collaborative team player who works well with others
- Interest in AI, automation and digital tools is an advantage
