About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run change management end to end, including stakeholder mapping, communications, enablement, and adoption tracking
  • Resolve whatever blocks adoption by identifying problems, involving the right stakeholders, and driving issues to closure
  • Translate between SAP teams and C-suite sponsors
  • Partner with customer program leadership at global integrators and the enterprises they serve
  • Build the business case for clients and make deployment value tangible to key stakeholders
  • Build the deployment motion, including templates, onboarding flows, and feedback loops
  • Feed deployment learnings back into the product and help shape the roadmap
  • Work directly with the Deployment Lead and founding team inside major SAP integrator accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, consulting, or client-facing delivery roles
  • Exposure to multi-stakeholder, multi-country programs
  • Strength in change management and organizational instincts
  • Demonstrated communication in multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Track record of driving outcomes independently across more than one project or company
  • Highly resolutive approach to problem-solving
  • Consulting background with business strategy, structured problem-solving, and client management
  • Startup experience, ideally early-stage
  • Client-facing delivery experience, including presenting to senior and C-suite audiences
  • Professional English
  • Working knowledge of SAP implementations (S/4HANA programs) is nice to have
  • Big 4 or systems-integrator background is nice to have
  • Experience implementing early-stage software is nice to have
  • Founder or entrepreneurial experience is nice to have
