About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the company to the client from contract signature through delivery of the equipment and systems
- Analyze the commercial and technical aspects of contracts and protect the company’s interests
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements
- Monitor project budgets, KPIs, and profitability
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and external companies
- Manage risks and technical or commercial decisions and trade-offs
- Anticipate needs and make the decisions necessary to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact
- Provide regular reporting to clients and management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education degree, ideally in mechanical engineering or electronics engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure project management
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong command of a project’s technical, contractual, and financial dimensions
- Knowledge of electromechanical and software environments
- Expertise in managing schedules, budgets, risks, and performance indicators
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English required
- Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
- Knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP is a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
- Category B driving licence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to unite teams around a project
