About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the healthcare nutrition portfolio, accountable for revenue, margin, and growth performance
  • Develop and execute a growth-focused brand strategy driving awareness, adoption, and loyalty among healthcare providers, distributors, and GPOs
  • Lead product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle management with a commercial and ROI focus
  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs across digital, educational, events, and content channels
  • Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Clinical teams on sales enablement tools, provider programs, and distributor initiatives
  • Leverage market research, competitive insights, and provider feedback to inform strategy and optimize investments
  • Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact, efficiency, and profitability
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, provider events, and forums
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to expand market share and portfolio growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, Nutrition, or a related field
  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience with brand leadership and P&L ownership
  • Experience in healthcare nutrition, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling brands, driving revenue growth, and delivering commercial results
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider ecosystems, distributor channels, GPOs, and clinical adoption dynamics
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action and ROI
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership in fast-growing, evolving organizations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Availability Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
  • Flexibility to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%–20%
