Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, allowing independent work without supervision from a licensed supervisor, with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action
Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT
Knowledge of clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice
Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families
Must have office space with ability to see clients in person
Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
