About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee talks, workshops, and wellness activities for international clients
  • Schedule, oversee, and ensure compliance with annual sessions agreed upon with specific accounts
  • Oversee and ensure proper technical, operational, and conceptual execution of talks and activities in real time
  • Request presentation creation from the international team
  • Review materials and translated versions, making customizations such as integrating additional services and adapting client templates
  • Lead logistics for healthcare trade shows
  • Liaise with exhibitors, compile and follow up on required documents, and submit information on time
  • Coordinate, manage, and ensure proper execution of wellness activities, talks, and programs for international accounts and initiatives
  • Ensure global quality standards and manage operational relationships with speakers and instructors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields
  • Additional training in organizational well-being, project management, or workplace mental health programs is a plus
  • English: B2 to C1 level, essential for technical/operational communication, reviewing translations, and meetings with speakers and the global team
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Rigorous attention to detail for translated presentations, content writing, and customization
  • Ability to interact with corporate clients, high-level speakers, and global teams
  • Ability to quickly resolve logistical setbacks in real time during sessions or health fairs
  • Commitment to service excellence (Customer Success) and end-user satisfaction
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in coordinating corporate or wellness events, key account management, client success, or international logistics coordination
