About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide short-term, evidence-based mental health treatment via live video
Maintain a diverse caseload addressing varied clinical needs
Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions
Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to clients’ backgrounds, needs, and abilities
Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings
Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews
Attend training to enhance clinical skills
Obtain expert consultation and support for complex clients
Collaborate with peers to provide evidence-based care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, allowing independent work without supervision
No current, past, or pending disciplinary action
Master’s degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, or MMHC
Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT
Knowledge of clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and promoting skills practice
Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
Experience providing telehealth therapy services preferred but not required
Computer and live video tools literacy, including Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, or Skype
Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients, with 30 potential bookable calendar spots
Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Authorized to work in the United States
