About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct intake interviews to gather complete history
  • Provide comprehensive neuropsychological and/or psychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with families and collateral sources
  • Interpret psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in neuropsychological assessment use and interpretation
  • Supervise and oversee the assigned psychometrist’s work to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
  • Complete detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and brief summary documents
  • Conduct supportive feedback sessions explaining findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, care managers, therapists, and mental health wellness coaches on treatment planning
  • Conduct virtual and/or in-person sessions with patients and families

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association accredited program
  • One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
  • Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
  • An equivalent combination of experience, supervision, or training will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
  • PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
  • Experience conducting testing virtually and in person
  • Familiarity with online web-based applications
  • Effective therapeutic communication skills
  • Able to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
  • Successful completion of a background check
