About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct intake interviews to gather complete history
Provide comprehensive neuropsychological and/or psychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with families and collateral sources
Interpret psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration
Serve as a subject matter expert in the use and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments
Supervise and oversee the assigned psychometrist’s work to ensure accurate and reliable data collection
Complete detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and brief summary documents for clients, families, and referring providers
Conduct supportive feedback sessions explaining findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations
Collaborate with the patient’s care team to inform and coordinate treatment planning
Complete virtual and/or in-person sessions with patients and families

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association accredited program
One year predoctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
Two year postdoctoral fellowship with specialization in neuropsychology preferred
An equivalent combination of experience, supervision, or training will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
Experience conducting testing virtually and in person
Familiarity with online web-based applications
Effective therapeutic communication skills
Able to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
Candidates must successfully pass a background check for this opportunity
