Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning and execution of business-critical technology projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Operations, Data, and Engineering to assess business needs, gather feedback, and recommend solutions.
Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders and capture requirements and use cases.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs supporting scalable technical solutions.
Manage delivery of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and system integration, focusing on custom billing and revenue cycle applications.
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Drive technical integration projects by identifying needs, securing commitments, tracking deliverables, and managing documentation and communication.
Identify operational gaps and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Ensure projects comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in enterprise systems or IT, delivering and supporting application services and managing revenue operations and finance technology projects.
Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user administration.
Experience with order-to-cash processes, including Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
Experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes, including Billing, claims submission to health plans, denial management, and collections, ideally supported through Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of sales, finance, and accounting processes and standards, including revenue recognition.
Proven ability to elicit complex business requirements from both business and technical audiences.
Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects concurrently, working independently, and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Structured approach to problem solving.
Strong drive to learn business processes deeply and apply domain knowledge to requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Salesforce Administrator certification or other Salesforce certifications.
Scrum, Agile, or project management certification.
