About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define Lyra’s multi-year enterprise transformation strategy, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that transform Lyra’s pace of delivery and optimize internal operations
- Drive Lyra’s enterprise transformation roadmap, taking cross-functional projects from concept to measurable operational outcome
- Establish transformation KPIs, including productivity lift, cost-to-serve reduction, and throughput velocity, and track realized ROI against Finance benchmarks
- Proactively identify key blockers to success and investments required to accelerate impact
- Lead a cross-functional team of strategic operators driving operational transformation projects
- Partner closely with dedicated technical teams to bring technical initiatives to life
- Enable a high-performing work culture oriented toward ongoing operational excellence and AI fluency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of overall business experience
- 8+ years leading large-scale operational or digital transformations at growth-stage or enterprise tech companies
- Proven experience identifying key blockers to organizational effectiveness, scoping potential paths forward, building alignment on solutions, and executing
- Proven track record deploying enterprise AI solutions, automation workflows, and/or advanced analytics to drive operating leverage
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and tracking post-implementation ROI alongside Finance
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex organizational and workflow shifts
- Strategic executor who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
- Effective communicator across organizations
