Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the point of contact and interface to the engineering team and business partners for strategic initiatives and complex development efforts
Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
Collaborate with technology leadership and business partners to facilitate convergence of functional and strategic needs
Promote clear communication, shared ownership, and effective collaboration across teams
Align stakeholders and keep relevant audiences updated
Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Problem-solve, identify root causes, and implement effective countermeasures

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of technical program / project management experience
Customer-centric mindset
Strong technical fluency and ability to learn Lyra’s high level systems, integrations, and key functions of the Lyra platform
Excellent communication skills and ability to represent complex topics across varied audiences and technical levels
Expertise in planning, organization, multi-tasking, and execution
Practitioner of agile project management methodologies
Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
Experience with analytics
Prior startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus
Proficiency with emerging AI tools and technologies is a strong plus
