About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform comprehensive intake interviews and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
Administer, interpret, and integrate psychological test batteries covering cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning
Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable, individualized recommendations
Collaborate with and review work performed by psychometrists and psychometrist assistants
Oversee test administration, scoring, and quality control
Deliver feedback through videos and live sessions to communicate findings and recommendations
Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reports
Use telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing strategies for virtual delivery
Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions virtually or in person
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association accredited program
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults
Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs, including ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma
Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools, including BASC, Conners, WAIS, and WISC
Effective therapeutic communication skills
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
Experience conducting testing virtually
Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
Must successfully pass a background check
