About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide intake interviews and psychological evaluations for patients of all ages and their families
Administer, interpret, and integrate psychological test batteries focused on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning
Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring, and quality control
Deliver feedback through videos and live sessions to communicate findings and recommendations
Ensure accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting
Use telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing strategies for virtual delivery
Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions virtually or in person
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association accredited program
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults
Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs, including ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma
Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools, including BASC, Conners, WAIS, and WISC
Effective therapeutic communication skills
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
Experience conducting testing virtually
Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
Successful completion of a background check
