About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide intake interviews and psychological evaluations for patients of all ages and their families
Administer, interpret, and integrate psychological test batteries assessing cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning
Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations
Collaborate with psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring, and quality control
Deliver findings and recommendations through feedback videos and live sessions
Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reports
Use telehealth platforms and adapt testing strategies for virtual delivery
Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and feedback sessions virtually or in person
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association accredited program
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults
Familiarity with complex behavioral health needs, including ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma
Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools, including BASC, Conners, WAIS, and WISC
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
Experience conducting testing virtually
Ability to deliver care virtually or in person within your own office space
Successful completion of a background check
PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
