About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide intake interviews and psychological evaluations for patients of all ages and their families
- Administer, interpret, and integrate psychological test batteries covering cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning
- Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and individualized recommendations
- Collaborate with and review work performed by psychometrists and psychometrist assistants
- Oversee test administration, scoring, and quality control
- Deliver findings and recommendations through feedback videos and live sessions
- Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reports
- Use telehealth platforms and adapt testing strategies for virtual delivery
- Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions virtually or in person as indicated
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an American Psychological Association or Canadian Psychological Association accredited program
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
- PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
- 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults
- Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs, including ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma
- Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools, including BASC, Conners, WAIS, and WISC
- Effective therapeutic communication skills
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
- Experience conducting testing virtually
- Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
- Successful completion of a background check
