About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the enterprise product end to end, including core platform capability and tailored work for enterprise customers
  • Extend Lyrebird's support for hospitals, health services and multi-site groups through org hierarchy, SSO and provisioning, admin tooling, template governance, audit and usage reporting
  • Shape the enterprise roadmap and communicate direction and delivery expectations to customers
  • Build and own the enterprise prioritisation framework with clear written criteria
  • Consolidate independent streams of enterprise requests into prioritised, rationale-backed work
  • Turn tailored customer requests into buildable solutions and identify broader core product needs
  • Establish the voice-of-customer loop with senior customer stakeholders
  • Use usage and adoption data to drive roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with the UK team so learnings benefit every market
  • Deliver customer-specific integrations and workflows for large health organisations
  • Coordinate across engineering teams that the role does not directly own

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience owning a B2B or enterprise product end to end, shipped for large, complex organisations with their own governance, stakeholders and procurement
  • Track record of handling bespoke customer work without refusing it outright or letting it consume the roadmap
  • Experience prioritising with written, defensible criteria and explaining trade-offs behind decisions
  • Credibility with senior enterprise customers, including presenting and defending a roadmap to an executive or IT lead
  • Technical fluency to work credibly with engineers on architecture, integration and feasibility
  • Ability to land dependencies with teams that have their own roadmaps
  • Nice to have: experience in health tech, clinical software or another regulated domain
  • Nice to have: familiarity with EMRs and Australian health system structures such as LHDs, HHSs and private hospital groups
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience building enterprise platform capability including SSO, provisioning, permissions and audit
  • Nice to have: integration experience with HL7, FHIR and identity
  • Nice to have: understanding of hospital security, privacy and information-governance reviews
  • Nice to have: experience working across two markets with different regulatory requirements
  • Nice to have: experience standing up a voice-of-customer loop from scratch
  • Must have the right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
