About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex Enterprise implementations for hospitals, health systems and other organisations
  • Deliver customer implementations and pilots from trial design through go-live, early adoption and transition into business as usual
  • Design trial scope with account executives, customers and internal stakeholders
  • Own delivery across competitive pilots, trials and new implementations
  • Coordinate with customers, engineering, support, clinical teams, account executives and customer success
  • Demonstrate implementation value with evidence and customer-relevant metrics
  • Drive adoption through training sessions, training artefacts and clinical templates
  • Own state health rollouts end to end, including pilot design, site-by-site go-live plans, prerequisites, owners, dates and governance forums
  • Build a repeatable and scalable implementation model covering trial design, value measurement, risk and dependency management, and retrospectives
  • Feed deployment requirements back to Product, shaping organisation settings, provisioning, admin tooling and usage reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder customer implementations or transformation programmes end to end, accountable for the outcome, where success could not come from a standard playbook
  • Experience building the business case or demonstrating ROI to an enterprise customer by designing work to move the right metrics and capturing those metrics
  • Ability to drive cross-functional delivery without direct authority, holding multiple workstreams together and resolving blockers and decisions
  • Technical fluency to lead credibly with customer IT functions on identity, provisioning, integration and security review
  • Judgement to diagnose whether a problem is product, technical, clinical, workflow or behavioural
  • Gravitas to hold a programme board when things go wrong
  • Comfortable building the operating model rather than inheriting one
  • Experience implementing software inside a hospital, health system, or state or federal government health programme (nice to have)
  • Integration depth including HL7/FHIR, directory services, SSO and API-level troubleshooting (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Australian health security and privacy frameworks including ISO 27001, Essential Eight, IRAP and privacy impact assessments (nice to have)
  • Ongoing right to work in Australia without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
