About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build AI features for clinicians, including documents, tasks, and clinical workflows
  • Design a model router to select the appropriate model for each request while maintaining speed and affordability
  • Build a configurable task system adaptable to new markets without requiring a rewrite
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to launch paid features
  • Observe clinician usage and iteratively improve shipped features
  • Maintain system reliability as load increases and resolve incidents quickly
  • Own products from scoping through rollout and evaluate success based on clinician adoption and paid usage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience shipping user-facing products from initial idea through rollout, including explaining post-launch outcomes
  • Experience working at a senior or staff level with ownership of outcomes
  • Experience making informed trade-offs when shipping imperfect products
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code
  • Right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Nice to have: experience designing and building large-scale, event-driven distributed systems
  • Nice to have: experience building LLM evaluation frameworks or systems for AI-powered features
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, clinical software, or other safety-critical environments
