About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out regulatory inspections (maintenance, testing, calibration, and compliance work) on Category 3 PPE at customer sites
Develop the schedule of visits within the assigned area
Manage operations digitally and ensure traceability of all work performed
Maintain, develop, and build strong customer relationships
Contribute to a continuous improvement approach
Play an active role in Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives
Travel daily, with occasional overnight stays
Provide support periodically in other regions of France

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical high school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in technical subjects
Comfortable performing hands-on tasks
Knowledge of after-sales service, Category 3 PPE, or experience using these products is an advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Highly organized and thorough in managing activities
Comfortable working in regulated, procedure-driven environments
Strong commitment to safety
Comfortable using standard office software
Valid driving licence (Category B)
