About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the UX and UI of new AI-driven features and releases with the Product Design Lead and product team
- Turn user research data and insights into user-centred design decisions
- Build prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain a tight, consistent, and scalable design system across the product
- Mentor junior designers and help develop a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs ship as high-quality products
- Present and defend design thinking to stakeholders
- Monitor developments in AI and design and bring relevant ideas to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong product design acumen with fluency in AI-native or AI-augmented product experiences
- Experience in eCommerce or fashion is a bonus, not a prerequisite
- Proficiency or adaptability with tools such as Figma, Replit, and Claude
- Track record of building, maintaining, and scaling design systems
- Experience designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android alongside web
- Collaboration across product, research, and engineering
- User-centred approach with qualitative and quantitative research fluency
- Commercial understanding and business-aware design approach
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects while maintaining quality
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delightful experiences
- Openness to giving and receiving direct feedback
- Portfolio demonstrating range across platforms and ability to turn ambiguity into effective UX/UI
