Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a fast-growing company, ideally at an affiliate marketing network or agency, or managing affiliate marketing or customer service for a retailer
- Self-starter who can work independently and contribute to team goals
- Excellent technical support skills for managing complex partner relationships of varying size
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation experience
- Comfortable communicating and troubleshooting with senior-level partners
- Strong organisational and process management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise requests from numerous partners simultaneously
- Experience using Jira, Excel, Looker, or similar tools
- Comfortable learning new technical concepts and systems
- High regard for fashion
