About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support M+C Saatchi's Shared Services functions and UK Specialisms
  • Deliver the global, group, regional, and UK People strategies
  • Provide People-related thought leadership, counsel, data, insights, and employee sentiment analysis to leaders
  • Coach managers and leaders on people issues and leadership development
  • Support leadership effectiveness and cultural commitments
  • Coordinate UK performance management and talent management processes
  • Track performance-management compliance and produce performance insights and metrics
  • Support performance issues, Get on Track plans, and talent-management meetings
  • Create HR management reports, including Gender Pay Gap, attrition, and exit data reports
  • Provide employee-relations advice and support on grievances, disciplinaries, flexible-working requests, and performance matters
  • Coordinate DSAR requests and maintain ER case tracking, metrics, and insights
  • Support restructures, redundancies, and TUPE projects
  • Partner with People Operations and promote accurate Workday data and self-service usage
  • Manage and coordinate the People section of the UK onboarding programme
  • Support new joiners during their first three months and probation reviews
  • Support wellbeing initiatives, DE&I plans, Employee Led Networks, and related events
  • Lead or support strategic People projects, including DE&I and wellbeing initiatives
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as purchase orders and inter-company cross-charges

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in a People Partner or related role
  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering a People plan supporting business priorities, metrics, and change
  • Experience driving material change and impact for a client group or business
  • Experience in a fast-paced organisation and ideally through transformation
  • Experience in communications, media, professional services, or technology is desirable but not essential
  • Experience working amid commercial pressures and adapting plans with agility
  • Expertise across Employee Relations, Talent Development, Reward, DE+I, and People Operations
  • Track record of delivering impact in a complex, global, and matrix organization
  • Ability to navigate different markets, local customs, legal frameworks, and teams across regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with precision and attention to detail
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to plan in detail, anticipate work, report progress and outcomes, and manage change
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
