About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, including timing plans, estimates, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and update teams to ensure appropriate resourcing throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor and manage project scope against client and internal expectations
  • Engage stakeholders, run status meetings, and maintain project documentation for approvals
  • Lead kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and integrated production meetings
  • Collaborate with production specialists on production decisions
  • Deliver creative assets against complex media plans
  • Work with media, creative, and production teams on specifications, deadlines, trafficking requirements, and channel dependencies
  • Prepare and manage estimates, oversee purchasing, and approve third-party cost invoices
