  • Guide engagements from discovery through reinforcement and post-go-live coaching for new and existing customers
  • Establish recurring customer governance to track change readiness, adoption signals, resistance, and dependencies
  • Apply persona-based adoption frameworks for differentiated stakeholder engagement

  • Coach executive sponsors and key designees to reinforce change and address resistance
  • Establish adoption baselines and track progress through engagement close-out
  • Adjust facilitation approaches in real time based on adoption-readiness levels

  • Identify and resolve delivery-process, tooling, and methodology friction
  • Contribute to new service offerings as the Advisory portfolio expands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of experience specifically in organizational change management, ideally within enterprise software adoption or digital transformation
  • Formal change management certification required, completed rather than in progress: Prosci, ACMP (CCMP), APMG International, Kotter, Lean Six Sigma, or a validated university certification or degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience with M-Files or a comparable enterprise document/content management platform required
  • Strong business acumen, including identifying and resolving business process and workflow impediments

  • Excellent written communication skills and experience producing executive-ready plans and reports
  • Comfort working within AI-assisted delivery workflows
  • Ability to build delivery collateral—including workbooks, templates, scoring tools, and project plans—from a blank page
  • Preferred: management consulting background in strategy, operations, or business transformation
  • Preferred: business process expertise, including redesigning organizational workflows
  • Preferred: experience applying a platform strategically to a business problem
  • Preferred: experience applying persona- or archetype-based adoption frameworks in workshops
