Key responsibilities & impact

Support portfolio, program, and project management activities aligned with technology strategy and business objectives
Coordinate program deliverables, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Perform demand planning for technical and product resources based on intake/discovery
Develop project plans, forecasts, and schedules
Gather requirements, constraints, and assumptions and establish project deliverables
Create work breakdown, organization, cost/budget, communication, risk, quality, and resource plans
Execute project plans, manage budgets and forecasts, and monitor project work and change controls
Implement risk mitigation actions and workarounds
Improve project team performance through team building, leadership, mentoring, training, and motivation
Coordinate resource sharing among constituent projects
Track and report program metrics, OKRs, and KPIs
Maintain dashboards and analytics tools for capacity planning, vendor performance, and financial forecasting
Engage consistently with key stakeholders
Adhere to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards and escalate risk issues to management
Implement audit and regulatory action items
Oversee 1 to 2 large initiatives and indirectly manage approximately 10 to 20 business and technology staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years’ proven project management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 12 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 8 years’ proven project management experience
Proficiency in MS Suite (Advanced Excel, MS Project, Teams)
MS Power Platform (Power Apps Suite)
Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology
Strong knowledge of project management methodology/disciplines
Experienced in leading business-driven initiatives with Agile delivery frameworks
Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly an ability to negotiate, influence and gain consensus
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work individually as well as a member of a team
Self-motivated, results-driven and well-organized
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints
Ability to function professionally at different organizational levels
Strong interpersonal skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
